For well over three decades, Tony Visconti has defined the standards of luxury living in North Texas. As a third-generation builder, Tony’s obsession with architectural authenticity and quality craftsmanship began at age 18, framing homes and learning every facet of elite residential construction under the mentorship of his uncle. Legacy, precision, and passion are the foundations of Tony Visconti’s career.

After relocating from the Northeast to Dallas and spending three years sharpening his eye for precision as a construction estimator, Tony then founded Bella Custom Homes in 1993. His versatile expertise spans the full spectrum of high-end real estate and construction, from consulting for top developers and building luxury condominiums in Addison and Turtle Creek, to developing the prestigious Williamsburg Estates neighborhood in North Dallas.

Renowned for his uncompromising attention to detail and hands-on approach, Tony has spent his lifetime creating homes of true distinction, setting Bella Custom Homes apart as a premier name in the luxury market.

Stacy Brotemarkle

Co-Owner & Lead Interior Designer

Stacy Brotemarkle brings a lifelong passion for architecture and sophisticated design to the Bella team. As the third-generation in her family to be in residential home building and design, along with 3 decades of high end custom experience, Stacy has shaped the luxury interior design landscape of Dallas, delivering hundreds of bespoke custom homes.

Her rare combination of multi-generational knowledge and deep industry perspective ensures that every client's vision is executed with flawless precision. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Stacy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design with a minor in Engineering Technology. This unique background allows her to seamlessly bridge the gap between aesthetic brilliance and structural execution, making her an expert in both the artistry of design and the technicalities of luxury construction. By understanding the bones of a home, just as well as its aesthetics, she can advocate for her clients from the initial architectural plan to the final, exquisite interior details.

Dyllon Gotting

Assistant Superintendent

Dyllon Gotting brings a unique, lifelong connection to the Bella brand. Having grown up watching Bella’s masterfully crafted homes come to life, Dyllon possesses an innate understanding of the distinction, detail, and dedication that defines a luxury build.

Backed by a management background, Dyllon excels at orchestrating complex schedules, managing elite artisans, and maintaining the flawless execution required for high-end custom estates. In this role, Dyllon directs all day-to-day on-site construction operations. Known for an approachable communication style and a solution-oriented mindset, he works closely alongside clients throughout the entire building process, ensuring a transparent experience and successfully translating their design dreams into physical reality.
