At Bella Custom Homes, every custom home begins with a personal consultation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals for your new home. During this initial meeting, we discuss your ideas, preferences, and priorities to ensure the home we create truly reflects you.
If you have not yet selected a homesite, our team will assist you in finding and evaluating the ideal lot for your future home. Once the homesite is secured, we enter into a Preliminary Design Agreement, which initiates the architectural design phase.
Because every Bella Custom Home is uniquely crafted, we work closely with you throughout the design process. Our team collaborates with both you and the architect during each meeting, helping guide design decisions while keeping your overall investment in mind.
After the architectural plans are done, we move into the next phase:
Engineering, Detailed Specifications & Comprehensive Pricing.
Throughout these 2 phases, milestone deposits are applied toward the total cost of your home, ensuring full transparency and a smooth path from concept to completion.
Once all these elements are finalized, we present a fixed-price construction contract that reflects the home you have designed and the specific features and finishes you desire. Then, once contracts are executed, we move onto the funding stage and then onto the start of the construction phase.
Our team is here throughout the entire process to not only guide you, but also educate you. All of this reduces many of the stresses of designing and building a new home. We are here not just to meet your expectations, but to exceed them.
